After leading a £21 million healthcare company exit and developing multiple residential projects, he expanded into the Algarve — managing his first villa transformation and resale for €1.8 million. He has since overseen or advised on several high-value builds, including a €7 million project at Palmares, Lagos. At Orla Algarve, Nathan brings structure, clarity, and international business standards to the region's construction landscape.

David Swift leads the site execution at Orla Algarve, overseeing a vetted network of local contractors to ensure the successful and high-quality delivery of every project. Based permanently in the Algarve, David brings over 20 years of on-the-ground project management experience — from smaller refurbishments through to large multi-villa developments. His deep local knowledge, contractor relationships, and commitment to raising construction standards make him the operational backbone of everything Orla delivers.
